About us

Striving for energy efficient dwellings

ADM Systems are at the forefront of sustainable living. We have been developing energy efficient air ventilation systems for over 30 years and are now the UK’s leading independent specialists with expert knowledge of ‘heat recovery’.

We all strive to be ‘kind to the planet’ and take responsibility for our own carbon footprint, and where better to start than in our homes where ‘air inside can be up to ten times more polluted than the air in the street’ (Building Research Establishment Report 1996).

By the year 2016 all new build homes across the UK must be zero carbon. We work to Building Regulations standards to achieve this target and work alongside builders, self-builders, renovators, architects, and building service contractors to design and build energy efficient dwellings that conform to the UK’s Code for Sustainable Homes.

How do we do this?

Our systems extract polluted air the ‘green’ way. We use energy efficient, cost-effective methods that get rid of the stale, polluted and moisture-laden air. Heat from this air is then recycled back into incoming fresh, clean and pollen-free air, achieving substantial energy savings as well as a low carbon impact on the environment.

No more noisy extractors, no more condensation, no more unhealthy build up of fungal mould, and no chilly draughts from open windows. And what’s more, our systems run on just the same amount of energy as a normal light bulb.

From single room units to large-scale installations in schools, hospitals and care homes, our ventilation systems are ‘kinder’ to all indoor environments and can dramatically improve health, concentration, well-being and comfort.
