As well as working directly with building contractors, here are ADM we are happy to work alongside building services specialists, i.e. architects and surveyors, engineers, bathroom and kitchen fitters, electricians and plumbers.

Building Regulations for sustainable living, particularly the requirement in Part F & Part L of the Building Regulations (England and Wales), Part 3.14 (Scotland), Part F (Republic of Ireland) and Building Regulation (Northern Ireland), for new-builds to be airtight, thermally efficient and adequately ventilated.

The Government’s Code for Sustainable Homes: a step-change in sustainable home building practice and a new national standard to guide industry in the design and construction of sustainable homes

Sustainable Design Principles that tackle the ‘whole home’ as a complete package: energy/CO2, water, materials, surface water run-off, waste, pollution, health and well-being, management and ecology

Ventilation products that meet government guidelines for sustainable housing in terms of:

• reducing environmental ‘footprint’
• reducing running costs
• improving health and well-being
• improving comfort and satisfaction
